If I didn’t like being in Korea, I wouldn’t be in Korea. I certainly wouldn’t be in the midst of my fourth year in Korea. I’ve traveled all over my home country, and to many countries outside. I left my hometown when I was eighteen years old. I’m far from trapped or immobile, and I’m the happiest I’ve ever been in my life. I love my job, I love my friends, and I love my boyfriend. I love my coworkers and my students. I love this country’s food, and its culture. I’m not sure where this assumption has come from, but perhaps you need to reevaluate the conclusions you’re drawing.
Should I post some photos of kimchi jjigae and Kpop idols with lots of borderline meaningless enthusiastic captions written in Hangul underneath so that people stop getting confused? 코리아 사랑해~~~! ^ㅡ^
